Surplus Money Proceedings

If you require a certificate of no exceptions, or notice of appearance form, the referee's report of sale must have been entered a minimum of eight business days; and for the notice of appearance, the surplus money must have been deposited into court. The fee for certificate of no exceptions is $10.00. This fee is payable in money order, certified check, or NYS attorney's check. Mail a written request listing the title of the action, the index number, what you are requesting and enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope. Mail to:
