To certify a notary signature, come to the County Clerk's Office, Room 189, Window #7 , and pay $3.00 each, in cash. Please note: notary stamp must read "QUALIFIED IN KINGS COUNTY."

For notary renewal, please submit the renewal card and the filing fee of $60.00. It takes approximately four months to receive the card from albany. For commissioner of deeds, the fee for filing the signature card is $10.00. If you are coming in person, please go to Window #7 in Room 189, with your renewal card or signature card.

If you want to become a notary, you will need to come in person and go to Window #7 to pick up the package.
