In some cases in addition to NYSCEF website, when a party declines to participate in electronic filing and hard copy files you will also have to view the County Clerks Minutes for a complete docket of the proceeding.

(Hardcopy filing-is when the document is filed in the County Clerk’s Minutes and not in the NYSCEF system.)
