Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department Welcomes Three Associate Justices

Governor Kathy Hochul has designated Justice Donna-Marie E. Golia, of the Supreme Court, Queens County, Justice Phillip Hom, of the Supreme Court, Queens County, and Justice James P. McCormack, of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to the Appellate Division, Second Department, as the Court’s three newest Associate Justices.
