As of November 18, 2024, for all appeals and original proceedings filed on NYSCEF, applications and stipulations for extensions of time to perfect or for the filing and service of briefs pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) and (g) will no longer be approved in published orders. Instead, they will be processed and, if approved, the parties will be notified of the extended deadline in a Comment on NYSCEF. For non-NYSCEF appeals, the Court will continue to publish orders approving extension applications and stipulations.
