Attorneys for Children - Online CLE Videos

The Office of Attorneys for Children for the First Department (Family Court 18B panel) has partnered with the Second Department’s Attorneys for Children to provide online CLE programs specifically for members of the Panel.

Contact Melissa Broadwell-Vargas (mebvargas@nycourts.gov) for the user name and password for both departments.

Online CLE Instructions.

1. For the Appellate Division 1st Department click on the following link -

   For the Appellate Division 2nd Department click on the following link -
   https://www.nycourts.gov/courts/ad2/members-only/AFC-CLE/AFC-CLE-Video.shtml.
2. Enter the user name and password.
3. Click on the program title that you want to watch.
4. Watch the program in its entirety – CLE codes are audible, visual, or both.
5. Complete the Affirmation/Evaluation (fillable PDFs) and send it to: mebvargas@nycourts.gov. Keep a copy for your records.
6. Once the codes are confirmed, your CLE certificate(s) will be emailed to the address on your affirmation.
