You can use this program to ask (or "petition") the Family Court to change a support order if there is a "change in circumstances." You can also use this program to ask the Court to enforce the support order if the other parent is not following it. This free program will help you fill out the papers that you will need to file in Family Court.   [Learn more about Support]

You can use this program if:

  • If you already have a support order signed by a judge.

 

Information Checklist

You will need the following information with you when you use this program:

  • The name and address of the other parent.
  • A copy of the support order.
  • The names, addresses and birth dates of the children.

  • you're a legal services provider;
  • you're a pro bono lawyer. Pro bono lawyers filing a DIY Form must submit thispro bono affirmation.
  • you're from a low-bono (reduced fee) program. You must submit a low-bono affirmation with the filing.
