Mondays - Fridays 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
We open our doors daily at 8:30 a.m.
All visitors must go through magnetometers.
Starting July 11, 2006: Night Court will be in session Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Petitions will only be accepted for filing until 6:45 P.M.
Parties may file new and supplemental petitions for the following case types: Family Offense, Custody/Visitation, Guardianship and Paternity/Support.

Public Transportation Directions
Take the No4 or 5 train to the Brooklyn Bridge Station; the C, N, R, 6 train to Canal Street; the 1 train to Franklin Street.
Take the 1, 6 or 15 bus line.
Accessible from the Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Williamsburg Bridges and from the FDR and West Side Hwys.
