Darrell M. Joseph joined the Appellate Division, Second Department, in 2001, as a Court Attorney and in 2002, became the Principal Law Clerk to former Associate Justice Howard Miller. In 2011, he was appointed to the position of Associate Deputy Clerk, and was promoted to the position of Deputy Clerk in 2019. He was appointed Clerk of the Court in March 2024.
