Appellate Division - Second Department
Accessibility: The Americans with Disabilities Act

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination by state and local governments on the basis of disability. The New York State court system generally, and the Appellate Division for the Second Judicial Department particularly, are dedicated to ensuring equal access to the court system for all those who wish to use it. In furtherance of this goal, this Court has identified its Clerk, Aprilanne Agostino, to serve as its ADA liaison, to be contacted, in advance if that is possible, when reasonable accommodations on the basis of disability are needed. Such contact may be made by e-mailing Ms. Agostino at ad2clerk@nycourts.gov . If you are not able to utilize e-mail, you may contact Ms. Agostino by telephone at (718) 722-6307, or in person at the Appellate Division, Second Department courthouse located at 45 Monroe Place, Brooklyn, New York. For directions to the courthouse, please click here.
