If the Courts are "closed"

the five civil courthouses will notify all attorneys or self-represented litigants by mail of the new court date. Landlord-Tenant matters are usually adjourned one week, other cases are generally given a longer adjourned date.
criminal and traffic defendants will be notified by mail of the new court date.

- notify the court of your current mailing address
defendants who are in the custody of the Sheriff are produced the next regular court day.
defendants who are in the custody of any police agency awaiting arraignment are produced the next day that the court is open for arraignment.
parking tickets - if you previously indicated a "not guilty" plea on the ticket and were given a date to appear before a judge, you will be notified by mail of the adjourned date.
