New York Official Reports: Deputy State Reporter

Katherine (Katie) G. Breitenbach, Deputy State Reporter, joined the Law Reporting Bureau in 2012 as a legal editor. She was appointed Chief Legal Editor in 2015, Assistant State Reporter in 2017 and Deputy State Reporter in 2019. Hailing from Northern Lake George, Ms. Breitenbach is a graduate of Bucknell University and Albany Law School. Before joining the LRB, she worked as a court attorney for the New York State Court of Appeals and Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

Ms. Breitenbach lives in Washington County with her family.
