The Matrimonial Practice Advisory Committee

The Matrimonial Practice Advisory Committee is an advisory group established by the Chief Administrative Judge, consisting of Judges and attorneys from around the State, which assesses existing rules, the need for additional rules, and the development of practices to assist litigants and attorneys in the timely and productive management of matrimonial matters.
