Motion by Sanjeevani Patel, to be restored to possession pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated July 17, 2024, to stay the transfer of the shares appurtenant to the subject apartment pending the determination of the appeal, for a "preliminary injunction preventing any sale, lease or other transfer of the cooperative shares" pending, in effect, the final adjudication of all current litigation between the parties, and for damages.
