It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioners-respondents seeking the dismissal of the instant appeal is denied at this time. The respondents-appellants shall perfect their appeal on or before the September 2025 term the filing deadline for which is July 8, 2025. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before July 31, 2025; reply briefs, if any, are due on August 8, 2025.
