| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Anthony V. Guardino for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Guardino was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 12, 1979, under the name Anthony Vincent Guardino. By opinion and order of this Court dated April 19, 2017, Guardino was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing May 19, 2017 (see Matter of Guardino, 150 AD3d 85).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Anthony V. Guardino, admitted as Anthony Vincent Guardino, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
