Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 20, 2023, and two orders of the same court, both dated March 13, 2023. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals, in effect, on the grounds that no appeal lies from orders issued upon the default of the appealing party, and that the record is inadequate.
