It is hereby ORDERED that Michael Pulver, Esq., 110 Hoytville Avenue, North Syracuse, New York 13212, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered August 8, 2024, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Michael Pulver, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
