U-2 Media, LLC and 3rd Ave. Media, LLC, Appellants, v Astoria Bank Formerly Known as Federal Savings Bank and Shaheen Realty Corp., Respondents, Astoria Bank, Third-Party Plaintiff-Respondent, Mohammad S. Ullah, Third-Party Defendant-Respondent.

Motion by appellant to consolidate appeals under docket numbers 2024-9 Q C and 2024-605 Q C on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 27, 2023 and May 6, 2024, respectively, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief and a single reproduced record on appeal bearing both docket numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appeals shall be perfected on or before April 25, 2025; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by April 25, 2025, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeals, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
