Appeal by Alex Lopez from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated September 26, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Helena Phillibert, dated February 14, 2025, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
