Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2019. Motion by Denise Devi Mohabir to be substituted as testator of the estate of Narpattie Mohabir for the deceased appellant Narpattie Mohabir, to be substituted as administrator of the estate of Deonauth Mohabir for the deceased appellant Narpattie Mohabir, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Narpattie Mohabir.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an order granting letters of administration or appointing an executor of the estate of the deceased appellant Narpattie Mohabir or other evidence demonstrating that Denise Devi Mohabir is authorized to act on behalf of the deceased appellant's estate.
