Discover Bank v Nessing, Ryan
It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the summary judgment decision and the final judgment issued by the New York County Civil Court pending appeal is denied pursuant to Section 5519(a)(2). Likewise, the defendant-
appellant's application to restore the matter to the Civil Court calendar for re-argument is also denied.
