Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered October 27, 2022, and for summary reversal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion with respect to an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 23, 2025, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion with respect to summary reversal is denied without prejudice to raise the issue on appeal.
