Petitioner-appellant having moved for a calendar preference on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered July 2, 2024, and respondent-respondent having cross moved for a stay of proceedings,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is granted to the extent that the proceedings herein are stayed for a period of 90 days, until May 21, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the time for respondent-respondent to file and serve a brief is extended to June 20, 2025.
