An order having been entered on August 26, 2024, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Julie Cianca, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Tonya Plank, Esq., dated January 21, 2025, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Sarah Holt, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered July 15, 2024, in place and stead of Julie Cianca, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sarah Holt, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 7, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
