Appeal from an unsigned transcript of the proceedings of the Family Court, Kings County, which occurred on October 2, 2024, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the unsigned transcript.
