2020-09172 The People, etc., respondent, v Roberto Greene, appellant. (Ind. No. 6595/1983)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 7, 2020. By order to show cause dated February 23, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an execution of sentence.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see People v Crawford, 239 AD2d 514).
DUFFY, J.P., WOOTEN, VOUTSINAS and VENTURA, JJ., concur.
