Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2024. Motion by the petitioner-respondent to enlarge the record to include certain material. Motion by the attorney for the child for leave to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the petitioner-respondent and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the child and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the child is granted, and on or before March 12, 2025, the attorney for the child shall serve and file a replacement brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant may serve and file a replacement reply brief on or before March 27, 2025, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement reply brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and, upon the filing of the replacement reply brief, the appellant's previously filed reply brief will be stricken.
