Motion by appellant for, in effect, summary reversal of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 27, 2024, which denied appellants motion for the appointment of a guardian ad litem, for related relief including a new hearing on the motion, and for a stay of all proceedings pending the completion of that hearing; or, in effect, in the alternative, for a stay of all proceedings pending the determination of the appeal from the June 27, 2024 order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
