Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 17, 2023. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 17, 2024, that branch of the motion by the appellant which was for leave to appeal from the order was denied, and on the Court's own motion the appeal purportedly taken as of right was dismissed, without costs or disbursements. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reargue that branch of its prior motion which was for leave to appeal, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated July 17, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
