Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeals taken herein from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered February 8, 2023, and the resentencing of the Monroe County Court, rendered June 14, 2023, and for consolidation of the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion with respect to poor person relief is granted, and appellant is permitted to proceed as a poor person on the appeals taken herein, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Clerk provide Gary Muldoon, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals be perfected by electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245 and 22 NYCRR 1000.17(b), and that appellant submit one hard copy each of the appendix and transcripts and an original and five hard copies of appellant's brief in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.17(b)(4), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion with respect to consolidation is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
