ORDERED that the order on certification dated January 8, 2025, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:
Appeals by Ashraf Elkhauly from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 22, 2024, and October 24, 2024, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Richard A. Miller, dated November 18, 2024, it is
ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
