Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 17, 2022, and December 13, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant to hear the appeals together and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hear the appeals together is granted, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied.
