Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court, rendered December 2, 2019, on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal (denominated as a motion pursuant to People v Crawford, 71 AD2d 38 [4th Dept 1979]),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq. is relieved of his assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before November 14, 2024, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
