Respondent having moved to reargue a motion order of this Court entered May 30, 2024, in the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered December 15, 2023, and for other relief, and appellant having cross-moved for sanctions and attorneys' fees,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondent CNB Bank's motion insofar as it seeks for reargument is denied, and
