Petitioner Salem Nagi, having moved for leave to have his attorney, David M. Abbotoy, Jr., Esq., review the investigative file in this original CPLR article 78 proceeding, and other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks leave for Abbatoy to review the investigative file is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time for petitioner to file his opening brief is granted, on the condition that petitioner's brief is filed on or before August 26, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file its answering brief on or before September 25, 2024.
