Now, upon reading and filing the statement of the Livingston County Conflict Defender dated June 3, 2024, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Caitlin Connelly, Esq., 170 Manhattan Avenue, PO Box 292, Buffalo, New York 14215, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered March 6, 2024, in place and stead of the Livingston County Conflict Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Livingston County Family Court Clerk provide Caitlin Connelly, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
