Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered November 22, 2022, and respondent-respondent having moved for an order prohibiting the Attorney for the Children from filing an appellant's brief and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is insofar as it seeks an order prohibiting the Attorney for the Children from filing an appellant's brief is dismissed as unnecessary, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief is granted and the time is extended to June 28, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
Memorandum: The Attorney for the Children's remedy is to file a supplemental record on appeal containing the notice of appeal filed on behalf of the children, with proof of filing and service of the notice of appeal, which may be certified in any manner authorized by 22 NYCRR 1000.7 (b).
