It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief from assignment is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to July 23, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order (see Matter of Larae L. (Heather L.), 202 AD3d 1454, 1455 [4th Dept 2022]).
