Appellant having moved upon return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Scott J. DelConte on April 19, 2024, for a stay of enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Seneca County, entered April 15, 2024, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order appealed is stayed insofar as it directs appellant to return the dog named Trevor to respondent on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 19, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall retain custody of Trevor during the pendency of this appeal.
