It is hereby ORDERED that Cara Waldman, Esq., PO Box 1701, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered March 16, 2023, in place and stead of Kenneth Tyler, Esq., for the purpose of oral argument and any motions or applications as may be necessary or appropriate to the prosecution of the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Ontario County Family Court Clerk provide Cara Waldman, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
