An order having been entered on December 5, 2023, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on February 6, 2024 substituting Kenneth Tyler, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kenneth Tyler, Esq., dated May 7, 2024, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Veronica Reed, Esq., 2320 Nott Street East, No. 9591, Schenectady, New York 12309, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered July 7, 2023, in place and stead of Kenneth Tyler, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Veronica Reed, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 10, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
