It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn the proceeding from the day calendar for May 28,2024, and the proceeding is added to the term of this Court commencing October 15, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief is granted and the time is extended to May 30, 2024.
