Motion by the appellants, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5518 and 6301 to restrain the respondent Cadman Associates, LLC, or anyone acting on its behalf, from continuing with the demolition of the Brooklyn Heights Library building, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered January 27, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
