Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Carolyn E. Wade, J.), entered February 14, 2011. The order denied plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and granted defendant's cross motion to compel discovery pursuant to CPLR 3124.


ORDERED that the order is affirmed, without costs.
