Dear Justice:

         The questions raised in your letter of June 5, 1995 (inquiry 95-90), and considered by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics at its meeting of June 8, 1995, concerning your daughter’s summer employment with a law firm, appear to have been addressed and answered by the Committee in its Opinion 90-127, a copy of which is enclosed. As indicated therein, disclosure accompanied by an offer of recusal, with the possibility of a remittal of disqualification, is appropriate.
