Digest: There is no ethical objection to a village court using the “standard” village stationery, which includes the mayor's name in the letterhead.

Opinion:
A village justice inquires as to the propriety of the court using the "standard" village stationery, which includes the mayor's name in the letterhead.
It is the opinion of this Committee that there is no ethical objection to this usage.
