         I am writing in response to your inquiry (93-118) wherein you request an opinion as to whether one of your legal associates, who also is a part-time assistant district attorney, may continue his association with your law office and also continue to serve as an assistant district attorney appearing in courts other than your own during your term as a part-time City Court judge.

         This Committee is authorized to answer questions involving judicial ethics confronting an inquiring judge. Since your inquiry does not pose such a question, the Committee declines to render an opinion in this matter.
