Digest:  We cannot comment on an inquiry while there is a pending investigation by the Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Rules:   Opinion 21-66.

Opinion:

          The inquiring part-time judge asks a question relating to his/her full-time outside employment.  However, the Commission on Judicial Conduct is currently investigating certain allegations concerning that outside employment.

          On the facts presented, we cannot comment on the instant inquiry due to the pendency of the investigation by the Commission on Judicial Conduct.
