Dear Judge :

         This responds to your inquiry (09-10) asking whether you may participate in the making of a video which will be used as an educational tool to promote the Justice for Children Advocacy Center. As the Center is an advocacy group for a certain category of crime victims, it is not ethically permissible for you to participate.

         Enclosed, for your convenience are Opinions 99-46, 97-89 and 95-34, relating to this issue.
